Promoting systemic thinking, and therapeutic and relationship-based approaches in Social Work

New Events

What would you like to attend? Do you have a workshop to offer?

We are eager to offer a full calendar of online and in-person workshops, conferences, lectures and discussion groups to meet professional development needs and to give people opportunities to connect with time and space to reflect.  We are really keen to hear from people who have something to share with our audience or who have ideas for events which GAPS might hold. This may be a one-off workshop, a conference presentation, a series of events, or an ongoing group.

Our events are attended by the social work community and speak to GAPS’ charitable aims, which are to promote psychodynamic and systemic thinking and relationship-based practice in social work for the benefit of social workers, social work students, other practitioners and interested parties, and the welfare of the public.

Do you know someone who might like to present to a GAPS audience? Is that you? We are able to pay presenters and facilitators for their work.

Please complete the form, either with a suggestion for an event you would like to attend, or a proposal for one you would like to deliver.

Please describe the event you are proposing, this might just be an idea you would like us to explore, or you might have a subject you would like to present yourself.
